The Little House Textured Bronze Regis 3230, a 3 Rail Flat top aluminum fence with a 55”h pool code compliant. The hardware on the gates pictured are pool-compliant Magna-latches and spring laded hinges. Our Regis products are made in the USA, featuring a screwless installation system. Picket spacing is 3.79’ and 6’long sections. There is also a limited lifetime warranty for this fence.
Retrofit Post and Board
Description
Recently the reclaimed lumber and ship-laps styles have been in high demand in interior decorating. The homeowners brought that same trend outside when they chose to retro-fit their 3Rail Post and Board fence into a stylish privacy fence for more security. Installers added 1”x6”x16’ rough cut Hemlock boards in various wood tones to the already grayed out fence. Fence height remains the same at 4’h and dog-eared Hemlock cap boards were added at every seam.
Brazilian Blend
Description
Though the homeowners wanted a natural wood-look to their privacy fence, they also wanted the convenience of a maintenance free product. CertainTeed’s Chesterfield Certagrain privacy fence does both; their limited-lifetime-warranted fence products come in a dozen wood look colors. Here the fence is installed with a Victorian Accent topper in the Brazilian Blend color. The fence sections measure 6’h x 8’w and include 4’8” of privacy, plus 1’4” Victorian Accent topper. Posts are 5”x5” and core-drilled into the concrete driveway. All bottom rails of all CertainTeed privacy products are reinforced with steel to eliminate sagging over the years. Gates installed include: two 4’w walk gates and one 8’w double swing gate. Fence hinges and latches are pool-code compliant.
Cedar Bells
Description
Matching up to an existing fence can sometimes be tricky. The home owner wished to keep their section of ‘Cedar Bells’ so the new 6’ high cedar concave privacy fence was constructed around it. The fence uses 1”x6” cedar pickets and French Gothic pressure treated posts. The custom rounded gate was built piece by piece on-site to fit into Nantucket Post Cap Company’s Brant Point Arbor (3’ wide). The entire project was built with stainless steel nails, and one coat of water sealant was added to enhance the colors in the wood’s grain.
Slip Board
Description
Slip Board fencing is a nice cross between Split Rail and Post & Board. It still has the same rustic feel and while it has the same ease of installation as a Split Rail fence, the slip board uses the same clean cut horizontal board as used in the Post and Board style. 3Rail slip board fences are set at 4’h. Posts are available in Locust and pressure treated wood; line posts measure 3”x6” and corners/ends measure 5”x5”. Boards measure 1”x6”x12’ and are available in Oak, Hemlock and pressure treated. Slip Board fences can also be ordered at 5’h (4Rail) or any custom height. Weld wire is optional.
Gelsinger Rd White Vinyl Fence
Description
Along the front you’ll see a blue Mountain’s Concave picket fence 4’h, using 3”w dog-eared picket spaced 3” apart. The fence posts are topped with 4” ball caps. Superior’s Plymouth arbor accentuates the 4’w gate at the driveway.
Along the back of the yard, 3 Rail Split Rail was installed using locust posts and hemlock rails. Weld wire was added for child/pet safety. The 3 Rail split rail fence sits roughly 4’h.
Trash can/Utility enclosure is a blue Mountain’s 2 tone Classic privacy fence with lattice topper, in grey/white. The fence panels stand 5’h in total height (4’h privacy with 1’h lattice). It includes additional short post for garden hose.
